Maderix is a block puzzle game developed by Tepuy Tech. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

Maderix does not require account creation or login. The information handled by the app falls into two categories:
- Local game data: Your current game state, best score, and tutorial status are stored locally on your device using the platform's standard storage (SharedPreferences on Android / NSUserDefaults on iOS). This data never leaves your device.
- Advertising data: The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
3. How We Use Information
- Local game data is used solely to save your progress and restore it when you reopen the app.
- Advertising data is used by Google AdMob to display relevant ads. Tepuy Tech does not have access to this data beyond aggregated, anonymized analytics.
4. Third-Party Services
Maderix integrates Google AdMob for advertising. Google may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect data for ad personalization. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Data Retention
All locally stored data (game state and best score) remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear the app's data through your device settings. We do not store any personal data on external servers.

Since Maderix stores all game data locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage in your device settings.
